Please review the information below and complete the required actions by the relevant due dates to ensure your sponsorship and exhibition entitlements are delivered successfully.

  • Sponsor and Exhibitor Manual: All Sponsors & Exhibitors Please spend 10min reading the manual and action accordingly

  • Participation Form: Please complete this form and return it via email by 20 October.

  • Conference Delivery and Collection Labels - Please use the below label forms when organising your deliveries and collections for Sofitel.

  • Registration

    When registering, please ensure you select the “Included Sponsor/Exhibitor” registration option for the complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship or exhibition package.

    If you have additional staff attending AMC beyond your included entitlement, please register them separately by selecting the “Additional Sponsor/Exhibitor” registration option. Additional registrations are charged at the applicable registration rate.

    As part of the registration process, you will also have the opportunity to book accommodation at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, with payment conveniently made at the time of registration.

    Please email a list of staff attending the conference to travis.c@asnevents.net.au. I will then confirm the registration in the back-end.

  • Exhibitor Package Inclusions: All exhibitor packages include a 3m x 2m shell scheme booth with 2 bar stools, bar table, lockable counter, fascia signage, 2 spotlights and 5 amp power.
